I hadn't been at the phpBB forum for some time. I see that there no longer is any support for my older (online, but not used, private) family-forum.
I was preparing to pull it totally offline and probably did something that I should not have done. While in the Admin panel, I changed the cookie name. Now I can't even log into the forum (much less the admin panel). I'm surprised that such a little change would do this. Supposing my former cookie was ".familyforum.mysite.com", I simply changed it to ".familyforum2.mysite.com".
Any ideas would be appreciated. |

I just ran the auto-cookie mod. That seems to have fixed the access problem.
Thanks for all considerations. |

That was exactly what I was going to recommend, glad you already fixed this. _________________ phpBB2 will never die, I hope! |
