Hi there,

I want to be able to allow people to login using either email or username (by default only username is allowed). Are there any MODs that do this? A simple Google search for such MODs ( https://www.google.com/search?q=phpbb2+login+with+email ) brings up is the kind of MOD I'm looking for ( https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=636415 ) but that is only for phpBB3 and then there's nothing else that I could see.

Edit: Further to this I have now found one ( http://www.phpbbhacks.com/forums/login-with-email-or-username-vt62882.html ), but the links are broken, I've sent a PM to the author and I'll post any link I get back here, but if anyone else is using the same MOD that would be useful incase the author doesn't get back to me.

A search in the phpBB hacks database comes up with the MOD you are looking for.
