Another solution would be to load the ads at the bottom of the page and to show them on top via DIV.
Running OpenX on a shared server is definitely not possible. |

Jeap I agree...
And in the meanwhile openX offer also a free hosting service (for openX) up to 100.000.000 banner impressions. Which is a nice option for small/medium openX/phpbb2,3 users.
(sorry, a little bit offtopic since this is not a openX forum ) |

I dont rely on external services ... I avoid imageshack, photobucket, hosted OpenX and so on ... |

Me neighter, as i wrote for small/medium openX users this is an option
there are people who dont make money to afford a dedicated adserver but still want to use openX and for this kind of users it is a nice option to have and still better as to keep openX runing on shared ip/hosting services together with phpbb. |
