You need to install an anti-spam MOD.

For instance Checkbox Challenge by drathbun

There is no way to stop human spammers from registering.
What measures have you taken to keep out the spambots so far?

I of course have one installed, and it has worked 100% perfectly for well over a year -

Maybe it's a "human" spammer, like Jim says?

Here is a screen shot of my current registration page -

(in the mean time, I banned the block of IPs from both e-mails, and I also added *.co.cc and *.cz.cc to my e-mail bans)

What you have shown there is not a mod but the default captcha.
Spambots have been able to read that for years. You need to install some other spambot blocker such as the VIP Mod.
I have attached the mod for you. In the text it shows the code as 2468.
Do not use that - simply replace it with some text of your own.

Jim

I believe Pentapenguin has already installed that on my board a while back, how do I check?

You can see that when registering a new member ... the link should not contain "agreed=true"
